Steps to getting your stimulus payments

Helping the homeless get their stimulus checks:

1:Volunteers with computers and connection to the internet.
2: Secure mailing address for the homeless in your area - like Men’s shelters or Women’s shelters who agree to keep their mail safe and locked up until picked up.
3: Make sure the homeless get signed up with an email
4: Make sure the homeless have the use of a phone - it’s oaky of it is the volunteer’s phone       
5:  File taxes using https://www.myfreetaxes.com/
6:  Put the website address, Account ID &  password, plus the IRS PIN on an index card to give to the individual - to NOT write down their social security number
7: Their email will be verified - you’ll need to login into their new email account to complete filing taxes.
8: Their phone number will be verified via text with a code
9: Choose the Debit card option instead of a check since most unsheltered people do not have an ID or bank account; hence it will be challenging to cash a check.
10: They must be cautious with the debit card; if they lose it or if stolen, it will not be replaced.
